PA & IT Solutions (formally PA and Secretarial Services) established in 2002, see our mission as working both with and for our clients in order to provide business solutions, both via the internet and by short term on-site contracting.

We provide secretarial services at board room level and below, with experience in using all leading office tools.

·        Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

·        Mail: Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange

We also transcribe most types and sizes of audio tapes and compact cassettes (e.g. C60). We are looking into the transcription of digital dictation files and may be able to offer this service soon.

We also work from hand-written copy, re-edit material already on PC disks, memory cards, USB sticks or sent by e-mail, in a variety of formats, and scanned typed copy and graphics.  Legible copy can be sent by fax or scanned and sent as an e-mail attachment. We can post or fax the finished typescript or return it by e-mail.

We also can produce web sites for small businesses so that they can register their presence on the internet.  These can be provided as a one off service or maintained, making changes when new information becomes available.
